Results of perforation tests have proved the exceptional resistance of the FLEXINOX apron, 40 times higher than current EN ISO 13998 standards.

Safety

FLEXINOX aprons are made with stainless steel plates linked by stainless steel rings and they are reversible offering total protection thus avoiding any possible risk from wearing it back to front. This is a patented system.

Hygiene

The FLEXINOX apron can be equipped with a cover or an hygiene apron.

Detectable

FLEXINOX plates are made in a detectable steel.

Cleaning

FLEXINOX apron and tunic should be brushed energetically with water at 50°C. They should then be rinsed with water at a minimum temperature of 82°C. The disinfection has to be processed with a non-acid product authorized by food hygiene services.

Use

The FLEXINOX range is recommanded for the use of a hand knife or cutting tools, notably for boning or meat and fish cutting operations.
